Hot Honey Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 oz Perricone Farms Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Perricone Farms Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz mezcal
  • ½ oz hot honey syrup
  • 1 lime wheel or dried lime slice, for garnish
  • Tajín, for rim

Instructions
  1. Rim a glass with Tajín and fill with ice.
  2. In a shaker, combine mezcal, lemon juice, lime juice, and hot honey syrup.
  3. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel or dried citrus slice.
