Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Perricone Farms Grapefruit Juice
- 1 cup tequila
- ¼ cup Perricone Farms Lime Juice
- ¼ cup rosemary simple syrup
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Grapefruit slices, for garnish
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- To make the rosemary simple syrup, combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a gentle boil, stir until sugar dissolves, and remove from heat. Add rosemary sprigs and steep for 10 minutes. Remove rosemary and let syrup cool.
- In a pitcher, mix grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice, and rosemary syrup.
- Add grapefruit slices and stir to combine.
- Serve over ice in coupes. Garnish with additional grapefruit slices and rosemary.
