Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Perricone Farms Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 cup tequila
  • ¼ cup Perricone Farms Lime Juice
  • ¼ cup rosemary simple syrup
    • ¼ cup water
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Grapefruit slices, for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
  1. To make the rosemary simple syrup, combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a gentle boil, stir until sugar dissolves, and remove from heat. Add rosemary sprigs and steep for 10 minutes. Remove rosemary and let syrup cool.
  2. In a pitcher, mix grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice, and rosemary syrup.
  3. Add grapefruit slices and stir to combine.
  4. Serve over ice in coupes. Garnish with additional grapefruit slices and rosemary.
