Ingredients
- ¼ cup Perricone Farms Tangerine Juice
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp poppyseeds
- 5 cups mixed greens
- 2 tangerines, peeled and sliced
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup pistachios
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, torn
Instructions
- In a bowl or mason jar, whisk together the tangerine juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and poppyseeds until well combined.
